Red Card boozing

An interesting story showed up on cnn.com today, saying some New Zealand bars are using yellow and red cards to control rowdy drinkers. I think I'd much rather get carded than take shit from a bouncer. My favorite part of the story was this:

Although drinkers could treat the card system as a game, bar staff were trained to guard against that.

"There's always that potential -- 'I'm going for a reddie tonight,"' he said.

Those Kiwis are a fun-loving bunch.
